Shipping and Tax Information


Due to supply chain disruptions and resulting factory backlog, please allow additional time for delivery of Durastill systems. (Please check the category pages for current shipping time estimates.) If you are an essential service provider or have a more urgent need, please select "expedited shipping" to prioritize your order. All other systems can be shipped immediately unless noted as "Back Ordered".

Orders are normally shipped within one to two working days after the order has been placed. US Continental shipping usually takes approx. 3 working days. (Please allow one week total to receive your order before contacting us concerning it's status.) Please use your street address instead of a P.O. Box when ever possible as UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes. However, if you must receive delivery at your Post Office box, we will ship via USPS instead of UPS which may take a few days longer and in some cases may require an additional shipping charge.
 
You will receive an email receipt upon successful payment, and a shipping notification email is normally sent to you within one working day after shipment.  Your shipping email will include tracking information when applicable.

Shipping damage claims must be made immediately upon receipt of package. If your item was damaged in shipment, please call us at 800-990-3560 Ext. 3 in order to file a claim for reimbursement of the cost of repair or replacement of the item.


Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling cost for one gallon countertop units is a special flat rate of $20 each to anywhere in the Continental USA. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada is $40 to $60 each. Customers are responsible to pay all shipping and handling charges, (to or from customer), also including all shipping costs necessary for warranty repairs.

The “Expedited - Insured" shipping option means that we will prioritize the order before other orders but does not necessarily guarantee that the actual shipping duration will be improved. Also, in case of loss or damage during shipping, we will cover the total retail value of the product(s) regardless of any courier limitations.

Failed deliveries must be reported to us within a maximum of 30 days after shipment or after having received the tracking number from us.

If your package is returned to us because it was not claimed by you, (generally after 2 courier attempts), we will deduct all shipping costs from any refund you may be entitled to.

Customers in Mexico should take extra care in entering the correct address and to track their package in a timely manner. Should shipments to Mexico be lost, damaged or returned to us as undelivered, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Taxes and other Charges: Sales tax is charged for shipments to Nevada, and other states as required. Please note that when shipping to a destination outside the United States, the recipient may be responsible to pay customs duties, taxes, brokerage and/or other handling fees upon receipt of the shipment.
